Since Certs Assured's founding in 2012 we have seen where IT can play a key part in our business. Not only in our back office but for you, the customer, to be able to offer easy access to your certificates along a full paper trail as and when you need it. The system has developed with us and now stands as a key pillar of our business allowing customers to see details of assets in the field just by scanning the assets barcode. • Intuitive asset colouring. At a glance you can see the status of your assets

  • Amber – Inspection due within 30 days
  • Green – Inspection due in excess of 30 days
• Daily reports can be configured to notify what assets are changing to each status

All asset information can be accessed by web portal. Details include:

• Current site
• Asset Description
• Unique asset mark
• Inspection interval
• Date next examination due
• Date of manufacture
• Safe Working Load (SWL)

In additon to this you have access to Report Of Thorough and EC Declaration reports either via direct download or email to specified recipients. Access to full paper trail of examinations performed against the asset and a full audit trail of any repairs that have been made.

Mobile Application

As well as an online system Certs Assured have also developed a bespoke mobile application for Apple and Adroid devices.
